There, that title ought to grab a few readers. 😉 I have no idea whether Blogger is going to quit on me again, so I am going to try and push this through ASAP.
I can understand why people might tape themselves having sex. I see how you can enjoy it, but I also see great potential for mischief here. Once you are on tape you are at risk for being shown anywhere and everywhere. So if you film yourself you need to be prepared for the possiblity that others will see it.
And if you are 31 and filiming yourself with a 17 year-old girl you need to be ready to have the book thrown at you. Now I am not going to get into a discussion about the age of consent, but let’s think about this for a second.
If you are shtupping a girl in high school and you are that much older you are creating a real problem for yourself, so you shouldn’t be surprised when trouble finds you.

Good question

When the state of Nebraska decided that the law about age of consent (age 17) would be different than what constitutes the legal age in terms of video/kiddie porn it really screwed up (no pun intended). (What if two 16 year olds filmed themsleves having sex?- would that be considered a crime of child porn in Nebraska?)

I would concur.

I think you should just operate under the assumption that anytime you are photographed or videotaped doing anything, that is part of the public domain and there is a chance someone you did not intend could end up seeing that photo or video. If the photo/video is suggestive or sexual in nature, the assumption should be that it WILL end up being seen by others. Some people don’t mind being exhibitionists, but if you might object, just don’t do it.

The title links to the story.

Are you talking about someone you might know?? Or did something make big news somewhere.
True. You are basically diggin a hole for yourself, especially when you are with someone under 18.
